Send an email to qit@woocommerce.com for inquiries related to QIT usage, troubleshooting, or feature requests. Provide as many details as possible (such as the test run ID, relevant logs, or steps to reproduce issues) to help us assist you more effectively.

GitHub issues

If you encounter bugs or have improvement suggestions:

  1. Visit the QIT CLI GitHub repository: https://github.com/woocommerce/qit-cli/issues
  2. Search existing issues to see if your problem is known.
  3. Open a new issue if you don’t find a match. Include:
    • A clear description of the problem.
    • Steps to reproduce.
    • Your environment details (OS, QIT CLI version).
    • Logs or screenshots if applicable.

GitHub issues help the community track and discuss problems and enhancements, enabling more collaborative solutions.

Feedback and suggestions

QIT is evolving, and your input is valuable. Consider:

Security and vulnerability reports

If you discover a security vulnerability related to QIT:

  • Email qit@woocommerce.com with Security Issue in the subject line.
  • Do not publicly disclose details before receiving a response.
  • Include steps to reproduce and the scope of the vulnerability.

We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work to resolve issues promptly.
